AGAIN..

REGIONAL TOBS SEARCH(BICOL REGION)
the regional search for the ten outstanding boy scouts of the philippines was supposed to be the greatest day of my scouting life, but it turned into a complete nightmare.

there were 9 hopefuls who joined the search. we(mayon council) arrived first at the venue. iriga city council came next, camarines sur council, the lone representative of masbate council arrived last.

mayon council- 2 scout representatives

i was very confident that i would win. scouting is my life. and winning the regional search was my goal. i am a venturer rank holder. the senior crew leader of tabaco national high school outfit unit no 451. the council scout representative of mayon council to the council scout executive board. the regional scout representative to the regional scout executive board. winning the search with these posts would have been easy.

i was interviewed last. the panel of judges was composed of the DepEd Regional director and other higher-ups. they were my co-members to the regional scout executive board. the first question they asked me was,"do you know the pera system?" i answered it and they told me that i was the only one to answer it precisely. my interview lasted 2 mins while the other participants stayed there for more tahn 15 mins.

when the results where announced, a member of the panel of judges seem to be in absolute dismay. the winners were announced, i lost.
